Our Journey

Founded with a mission to build reliable and scalable software products and security solutions, our journey is driven by the skilled workforce and innovative ecosystem of Kolhapur. We started by delivering CCTV and security solutions, along with marketing and software systems for industrial, school, and college-level environments. As we evolved, we expanded into building our own software infrastructure, innovative services, and proof-of-concept (POC) platforms. Today, we develop web applications, e-commerce platforms, and modern software solutions by transforming traditional hardware-based systems into efficient, software-driven products. A key part of our ecosystem is the QuadraCore framework—a flexible, API-driven foundation that enables other service providers and product teams to build, integrate, and scale cloud-based applications efficiently. Our portfolio now includes attendance systems, stock management, student and employee management solutions,web applications, e-commerce platforms and many more, supporting businesses and partners in building scalable digital solutions.

2012 – Company founded with a focus on technology-driven solutions
2014 – Delivered marketing and software solutions for school and college-level systems
2016 – Entered the CCTV and biometric attendance systems domain
2021 – Served over 300 clients across multiple sectors
2022 – Began implementing cloud-based SaaS solutions and developed a software-based agriculture application POC
2023 – Developed the API-driven QuadraCore Framework and delivered offline stock management applications for multiple clients
2024 – Integrated the first cloud-hosted, software-based attendance system on QuadraCore Framework for local clients
2025 – Launched multiple cloud and AI-driven POCs; integrated e-commerce, employee management, and stock management application into QuadraCore with a unified admin panel
2026 – Going live with an end-to-end e-commerce web application for order tracking and placement

Delivered as a lightweight, versioned Windows executable with core code provided for extending custom business logic.

QuadraAI

A Windows-based POC AI platform featuring an avatar-driven chatbot that integrates with existing applications. It securely reads data from local databases to provide intelligent views, insights, and business suggestions. Built as a locally hosted AI engine, ensuring data remains within the network and is not shared with external AI services.

QuadraCommerce

A flexible e-commerce platform enabling easy integration and customization of online stores based on shop-specific requirements. Includes seller and buyer portals with order tracking and status management, supported by a Windows-based admin SaaS application. QuadraLink

An API and library developed by QuadraSoft for secure inter-process and microservice communication. It connects QuadraCommerce, QuadraCore, QuadraUX, and downstream processes, maintaining data integrity and seamless service coordination. Future versions will include full encryption for enhanced security.

QuadraHRMS

An end-to-end employee and student management system built on QuadraCore, QuadraLink, and QuadraUX. Manages onboarding, releases, geofenced Android attendance, reports, team management, promotions, and more. Available as a SaaS with flexible monthly/yearly plans and 15-day trial; future updates will include task management, appraisals, and AI-driven virtual HR features with automated alerts and reporting build using QuadraAI Engine .

KarveerBazar

An online marketplace powered by QuadraSoft for showcasing and selling authentic Kolhapuri products across India. Provides shop owners with account creation, admin panel, order tracking, and real-time updates via web and Windows apps. QuadraMeet

An AI-powered virtual meeting platform with an avatar-based chatbot that integrates with databases and the local QuadraAI engine. It organizes weekly and monthly meetings, analyzes company data, provides actionable insights, and offers growth guidance. FinRecover
